How it works
- Email a few photos. Rough phone snapshots are perfectly fine — one piece or a whole houseful. If it's easy, add a close-up of the maker's mark on the base, and mention anything chipped, cracked or repaired.
- We reply with an approximate price. Based on the photos, the quantity and the condition, we send you a ballpark figure by email — free, and with no obligation to go ahead.
- You decide. If the estimate suits you, we arrange a time that's convenient. If it isn't for you, that's completely fine — no pressure either way.
- We come to your door. Anywhere in Ottawa, Gatineau or the surrounding towns (Almonte, Carleton Place and nearby), we visit, confirm the final offer once we've seen the pieces in person, pack everything ourselves, and pay you on the spot (cash or Interac e-transfer).
- We carry it away. No boxes to lift, no listings to write, nothing to drop off — it's off your hands the same visit.
