A boxed pair of Royal Doulton cups and saucers in the maker's Autumn's Glory pattern — the lifestyle dinnerware Royal Doulton produced in the early 1990s, with the original navy-blue Royal Doulton presentation box still intact. The pattern: pure white fine china banded in a cobalt-and-purple thin rim, with a watercolour garland of autumn fruit running below — pears in yellow and apricot, plums in deep red and purple, clusters of grapes, autumn leaves in green and ochre. Modern cylindrical cup shape with a single D-loop handle, matching saucers picking up the fruit garland around the rim well.

The mark on the back is the Royal Doulton lion-and-crown in an octagon, with the pattern name Autumn's Glory and the copyright date © 1992 Royal Doulton.
